Ingredients: Organic Bai MuDan White Tea
Instructions: use about three teaspoons of leaves for every 8 fl oz 180°F/85°C water; steep for ~3 minutes.
About the tea: This tea features a pale apricot color when steeped. White Peony tea, or Bai MuDan as it is called in China, is a lightly oxidized white tea produced with the same minimal processing as Silver Needle; the main difference is that Silver Needle contains only the unopened buds, while White Peony includes one or two freshly-opened leaves as well as the buds.
Per 2 oz tea, you get approximately 20 cups of tea.
