As a dessert wine, ice wine features concentrated sweetness with an abundance of fruit flavors. Our Ice Wine Tea Blend - blended with black (OP grade) and white tea (Bai Mudan) also is not shy of delectable fruity notes and honey-like flavors. 

To fully bring out the natural flavors enjoying it with your sweetener of choice is recommended. 

Ingredients: Black tea, White tea, Currants, Natural flavors (Organic Compliant), Ontario Ice wine.

Steeping Instructions: use one teaspoon of leaves for every 8 fl oz 212°F/100°C water; steep for 3-7 minutes.*

About the tea: The black tea used in this blend in an OP grade (orange pekoe) and comes from high altitude regions in Sri Lanka. The white tea used in this blend is a Bai Mudan from Fujian. This tea is often described as jammy, with sweet notes – perfect for layering with the sweet icy wine. Contains caffeine.


Per 2 oz tea, you get approximately 20 cups of tea.

*Tastes are different. The steeping instructions are recommendations, but we suggest experimenting with different steeping temperatures to find your preferred tea taste. Depending on the water quality boiling the water may be advisable. You can let the water cool to the desired temperature.
