Chunmee Green Tea (eyebrow tea) gets its name from the curve of the processed leaf. The leaves are carefully hand rolled to the shape of eye-brows and then pan-fried. The pan-fried leaves produce a highly fragrant, yellow-greenish brew with a distinctive, sweet flavor, and is known for its plum-like sweetness and smoothness.

About the tea: The shape of the leaves is reminiscent of an eyebrow, hence the word 'mee' or 'mei'; means eyebrow. Chunmee translated is 'Precious Eyebrow'. Patience, great hand coordination, temperature control and timing achieve a fine jade color leaf and mellow yellowish brew. Contains caffeine.
